Typical Reflexology session
The initial treatment session is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes as a full confidential case history is taken, focussing on your medical history and lifestyle. If you are taking any medication or supplements, details of these need to be brought to your appointment. Subsequent treatments last approximately 1 hour. During the Reflexology treatment, comfortable pressure is applied to the feet using my thumbs and fingers. We are all unique and treatment response is individual but most people feel incredibly relaxed, why not contact me to book an appointment and try it for yourself!

Please note, home visits are considered under individual circumstances, within a 10 mile radius of Branksome Poole, which would include some areas in Christchurch and Wimborne in Dorset.
